Wow I didn't realise it's been 4 years since I last came here....alot has been going on....but here's the short story.
Been going though some life changes, sorting my life out cutting unnecessary stress and sorting my health, I've gone back to training full time and I've rekindled my love for the gym...I practically live there and I've also started powerlifting in a competition level....hence the loooong break from here.
